Mental performance coaching provides performers the resources to power their inner edge resulting in peak performance and thriving. By researching and training performers’ mental needs, we optimize outcomes and well-being to reach full potential.
Dr. Carr uses evidence-based methods and interventions that are applicable when the pressure is on. This results in more confident, mentally tough, focused, and consistent performers who step up when it's all on the line. Skills developed include: goal setting, concentration, self-talk, performance routines, breath work, imagery and more.
Dr. Carr helps clients define individualized performance goals. Based on these objectives, a customized approach is developed for performers unique circumstances.
